Return Eligibility

You may request a return if the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Underwear, socks, swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Chargeback or credit card disputes filed after 30 days

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
  • We do not issue refunds for orders or credit card disputes submitted after 30 days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:

Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
